Andrei Chicherin has been working for over 20 years as an investment and finance professional with regional authorities, private companies, and international organizations in countries from Eastern Europe Asia, and Africa.
He has extensive investment banking and financial advisory experience gained at investment banks, Big4, and financial advisory firms, and several years of legal practice with the Moscow office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
As Manager of the Private Sector Facility, he led Innovation and Energy Transition teams at the Green Climate Fund.
Andrei obtained an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and a law degree (with Honors) from Moscow State University.
